I guess Hardy has already broken out. I like Davon Grayson to break out for us.

He was killing it last year before he got hurt. I agree with Grayson but I would also vote for Burston.

Perriman is already legit. There are just so many receivers he fights for time. He'll be better than his dad.

Ambles has all the other tools, he just needs to work on his hands. It isn't acceptable to only come down with 1 of (what seems like) every 3 balls that hit him in the hands.

Yeah the guy that's about to break the NCAA record for receptions broke out a long time ago. I like either Grayson or Jones to put up monster years for us.

His Dad played for 10 years in the NFL. That is rare among NFL players, much less college players. I'm betting less than .01% of college players will be able to say that one day. He's really good, but that's a tall order.

Adding the best receiver from UAB 2 years ago to an already stacked group of receivers is like stealing.

It's hard to say who at UCF will break out and who already has.
Perriman is tough for a college DB to cover and with so many options he gets way more 1 on 1 coverage than he should.
JJ will catch anything you throw remotely close to him. Watch the entire Temple game (not just the catch) and PSU games and you will wonder why Blake didn't throw every pass he could to JJ.
Hall is a beast in the open field. Jet sweep, bubble screen, go deep....repeat.
Josh Reese was the highest rated of the group out of hs and is possibly the best WR blocker in college football (just watch the fiesta bowl). GOL seems to appreciate guys like him and I wouldn't be shocked if he had some break out games.
Jackie is the unknown but extremely speedy, shifty WR UCF needs with a new QB, somebody who can get to an open space and alleviate the pressure.

All this being said it will be very hard for any ONE of these guys to "Breakout", same as last year, even with a quality QB we shared the ball....I would expect more of the same.

UCF's bigger problem is that they need someone to deliver the ball to any of them. Right now opposing teams just need to press cover as we don't have anyone who can consistently deliver the ball more than 5 yards up the field.

Its a bit like adding an 800hp turbocharged V8 to a Model T, driving it's bicycle tires.

Homer response but I don't know much about the others. I expect Ambles to have a monster year. One thing that lacked for us was the over the top threat. Ambles had his chances but like the other poster stated seemed to have trouble coming down with the ball. Giving that he did not get on campus until a few days before the first game and how he looked in the bowl game I think he can really do something special. Defenses will pay attention to Greenberry and Spenser so he has a chance at being single covered.

Perriman, working with new inexperienced QB's plus incredible WR depth, won't put up even half the numbers of others....but the kid is a stud.

RE: AAC Breakout WR: Ambles, Moore Or Perriman?
I had no idea Williams transferred to UCF. He was one of the few really good players for UAB. Im really looking forward to the UCF vs ECU game at the end of the season. Its a primetime game that should live up to its hype if we can take care of business before that game. There are alot of really good quality receivers and QBs in this league so there should be alot of passing yards and alot of TDs scored. That should make every game high scoring and action packed.
