I've been put in my place.

I still do not think it is a normal occurance after a championship. I did a google for Nick Saban closing it and did not find anything.

Likely reserved for NY's College Teams.

Cuse and WVU were there, I believe. It was in connection with Pinstripe Bowl Festivities. I don't recall other non-regional teams being invited for winning championships either though, maybe they have. I haven't looked into it.

1. I do respect a poster who can own up.

2. nick saben attended the stock exchange BEFORE the championship game

but don't feel bad. only reason I know that it is such a frequent occurrence is because my high school (in syracuse) has had it happen for athletic and academic accomplishments a few times in the past hence the reason I know it is a very common practice.

granted it happens to northeastern schools a lot more than the likes of alabama ==> it is a ceremony that happens 2x a day so as you can imagine, the prestige of doing so gets watered down.

The fact that the Jersey Shore crowd got to open and/or close the exchange takes away any importance that the event might have.

Yes, but UMass isn't whining about being "unsustainable". 07-coffee3

True, they are actually 2 years from actual homelessness for FB. UConn has a home but it feels like there is no love here.

03-zzz

You are getting predictable. Come up with some new material to troll all of the UConn fans you are mad at because one poster doesn't think the AAC is economically feasible.

Oh, I see we are playing the coffee drinking troll game now.

You're point is based on the fallacy that "UConn" is saying that AAC membership is unsustainable based on one person's opinion here.

Come back to us when you have something more substantial.

Is this another deflection? Or are you bringing something more substantial to the table at some point?

Way to troll UCONN because you disagree with one poster's remarks. I could take shots at UCF because I don't agree with you, but I don't because you don't represent UCF or the fan-base.

Troll along...
