New BBall Offer
Verbalcommits.com has UT with a new offer for next yr. When I saw it was for another 6'6" forward I thought they can't be serious. Watch the video of this guy. He's a monster. 250lbs, runs the floor, blocks shots, passing, dunks, shoots the 3. Check it out.

RE: New BBall Offer
The funniest thing about the verbalcommits site is the Rockets' senior class. Verbalcommits lists all players who have left the program. Our senior class would include Josh Freelove, Neil Watson, Jake Barnett, Hayden Humes, Reese Holliday, Devin Russell, Delino Dear, Richard Wonnell, and James Ewing. That group would probably be an average MAC team. Good perimeter play, but not much of an inside presence.

If we get another commit that puts us two over the limit. Two guys leave, Hall doesn't qualify, who knows? Spring signing period starts April 16.

Freelove, Barnett, Humes and Dear would have been seniors last year if they had stayed. That would leave Holliday as a 4 year senior, Watson and Russell as RS seniors, Wonnell and Ewing as walk on seniors this year.

That's an incredible high amount of people transferring from Toledo. I feel as if this has got to be a record for most people leaving a program.

I think the record was set when TK came in (I have no idea what the record is, just pointing this out)- there were 14 guys with eligibility left when he was hired. None of them were still there at the start of his second season. (Or something like that).

That kid looks older and more developed than a 17 year old - are you sure he's not Roberto Hernandez cousin?

Looks like Reyes is visiting Long Beach State this weekend. The signing period begins Wed April 16.

RE: New BBall Offer
he's got a lot of options. our best bet is to get him to toledo and win him over with the camaraderie of the team, the great facilities and the campus. he's got interest in FGCU, Long Beach, Buffalo and others. i think he's a steal for any mid major that gets him.
