I am glad that they get another chance to play and I believe a very good chance of beating Clemson.

Only Ga. St.'s fault, they laid an egg in the non conf. part of the schedule.... as we saw today, tournament pressure is a little different than regular season pressure....Clemson will have no problem at home...
They won't but neither will WKU

Nobody from WKU thinks we should. Wish yes but don't deserve it with the finish we had. MTSU made the best out of the NIT 2 years ago and got an at large last year

Interesting tidbit Wichita beat Alabama to go the next year to the final four. But they are one of the few non P-5 teams (well power seven if you throw in the big east and the A10) to do it.

Good luck GSU. You will need it. The Panther team I saw today didn't seem very good.

Define very good. Team was up by ten. And suddenly started trying to kill clock with about 4 minutes remaining when they should have been trying to finish off Louisiana. Or you could point to the fact that they let Payton pick the ball up at the three point line on back to back possessions ( allowing no time to run off of the clock that they were trying to run down. ) the last four minutes the team forgot what gave them success and settled for jumpers. All in all Payton did what good players do he made plays. Yet the team only lost by one. I'm not gonna go into that the better team crap. These two teams honestly match up very well. Hence is why the games often came down to the last Possession. I m not taking anything away from the Cajuns you guys went on a hell of a run and are to be commended for such. You guys won the game that counts congrats.

LOL!!!!!! The trash talking never ends. Your team finally beat us by ONE point, in OT. You know as well as we all know that the best team didn't win.

Likewise, good luck vs. McDermott. He's the Senior version of RJ Hunter. You'll need divine intervention again.

"the best team didn't win"? At that moment in time,at the end of the game, Louisiana was the best team. That is all that really matters at tournament time, win and move on.

I think State matches up favorably. I think Georgia State is incredible offensively and if Clemson is sleeping Georgia State will beat them.

I'm not a basketball person. What's the NIT? Will any games be on TV?
