Problem is...UALR is up 62-47 at the under 4 timeout.

UALR wins 74-61 and advances to play ASU at 6:00 tomorrow in the Quarterfinals.

UTA/ULM starts in just over 30 minutes. Higher seed is undefeated in both the Men's and Women's tournament so far.

Third time since 2010 UALR and ASU will meet in the SBC Tournament. Both games were close, with each team winning one.

UTA is 1-7 all-time versus the Warhawks/Indians in a conference tournament. The last time these teams met in a conf touney resulted in a UTA win, in 2004.

EDIT: The Mavericks have never beat ULM three times in one season.

Typical for this year, but hasn't been under Coach Cross in recent seasons though. The hard-nose defense just hasn't consistently been there this year, and that has made all the difference.

If ULM wins this game, we'll have 2 huge rivalry matchups tomorrow in the quarters. Would be a crazy day...and about 350 will be there to watch.

I sure dont understand uta's game plan. they certainly have guys with speed and quickness that can go inside but seem happy to shoot from long range until they start to fall. they have not looked good this year against the cajuns.
