Yeah, stAte has to be MUCH higher. You can win right away, we pay more than most of our peers, you may get a HUGE raise to go elsewhere if you want, if you want to stay or you struggle that is okay because we let Roberts hang around for 10 years.

Seriously, for the COACH it doesn't get much better.
