You've still got the L and A switched in UALR. Not that I don't enjoy poking fun at our cousins from the South...but there are better ways to mess with their acronym.

A Ga. State win tomorrow gives them the regular season title.

The ASU/UALR game in Little Rock is one of the best game day atmospheres you will see in the Sun Belt. ASU will literally send 2000 or more fans to the game, and in a 5000 seat arena, that means a large portion of the time, the crowd is a 50/50 split in fans, making it more of a Tournament type atmosphere. Especially when the game is close and the two sets of fans try to outdo the other.

Throw in the fact that the two schools are rivals, players don't like each other, fans don't care for each other, and the coaches despise each other, and you have a true rivalry. ASU publicizes the game as "Arkansas ONLY Instate Rivalry"

Last Year's game had 57 personal fouls and 7 technical fouls called in it alone. Officials really make or break this game more than any other.

I was pretty sure of going to tonight's WKU/UTA senior night game, but the combo of running a 10K this morning and more importantly the awful effort that was Thursday's result has me wondering about attending. Senior night should be a big draw, but this is one of the worst teams UTA has fielded in a while, ironic since it has some of the biggest talent (especially offensively).

Well that was pretty awful. You could tell our players had no understanding of this rivalry, and the result is we were caught looking ahead to Georgia State, and got beat.

So it turns out we would have clinched the title outright tonight no matter what happens. Now i'd be pretty happy if Louisiana keeps the #3 spot so we could only see them in the finals if at all.

UTA completes a tough comeback to beat WKU and there's crickets? I hope the WKU faithful aren't on suicide watch after losing to the lowly Mavericks.

Most of us know its best to stay off the boards until the next day. Great come back by UTA, WKU still has a way to go, losing our center and backup guard for the season has hurt our chances of making the tourney this year. We just don't have the size in the post to stop anybody and if our shots ain't falling we are toast.

GSU gets destroyed by one of the worst teams in the country. I love reading the BS on TSC. This team has not improved. We haven't beaten a team with a pulse all season. Last years team beats this years team by double digits. We actually had a bunch of good wins last year.

I'm thinking that tournament title game will be a war regardless of your opponent.

Looking at our schedule, we surely control our own destiny as it relates to that number 2 spot....S. Alabama today followed by games at WKU and stAte.
