I'm sorry, but for Louisiana, they choose The Muffaletta?

What about the Po boy? Maybe I'm off, but that's what I think of when I think of sandwich and Louisiana.

They both hail from there but I'd go with Po'boy too. Texas was what I expected

I'd throw Zuzni's Conquistador sandwich into any conversation.

(and it's not even the best thing on their menu)

At somepoint this summer I'll be at Oklahoma Joe's before heading to Sporting Park, wait... both are in Kansas.

The smoked sausage at Zunzi's is so ridiculously good. I go to Savannah for Shrimp, but Zunzi's has me not caring. That place is awesome.

I don't have a problem with the muffaletta as a poboy can be found south wide. No one does it like Nola obviously but a muffaletta is nola centered, either or is fine with me

Exactly, it references a chicken philly, and the picture shows a beef one.

Muffalettas are pretty unique to Louisiana; I'm happy with their choice. The only thing unique about a poboy is its name, but I love me a good muffaletta. Probably going to go get me one tonight.

Thats one good thing about living in Houston, lots of good Louisiana cooking makes it this way. Always a afn of Rajin Cajun and Abes. Plus theres a fanatasic place downtown I can't think of the name off hand.

They show all the Cajun games that make it to broadcast at the Ragin' Cajun. He's a graduate and a has a great restaraunt. Still gets his crawfish from Crowley.
