Well, I kinda have to agree that he probably hasn't earned a chance at HC. I think the other Tyson would be closer to that. But we can't even dream about coordinators til a HC is decided on.

Both Tyson's were good recruiters. I don't think mackin would give either one a shot at HC, although, that's what I'm hoping for.

Yes Tristain should be back next year. Both he and Kennard will be Seniors and Steve a Redshirt Sophmore.

Love Tristan, but he struggled in the run game. It is probably credited to him missing camp, so hopefully he will improve with spring and camp this year.

Who are we getting for the 2014 season who were red-shirts or sit outs and figure to be in spring practice and able to play in the fall?

All 3 should be big time contributors.

Fun fact for ya, before McGee deserted us, they had planned on moving Vinson to RB.

That's where he should've been his whole career at UAB.

And Lord knows McGee wasn't scared to move somebody from one position to another. And another. And back.

Well that's just plain dumb. How many playmakers do we have at running back compared to receiver.

Nelson, Staples (maybe), and Smith (if we'd ever throw him the damn ball).

& if he can stay away from the bubbles, flowers, & dresses.

Non-twitter users won't get it.

His phone got temporarily hijacked by another player & a pretty funny tweet was sent out.

Humphries too. And yes, I wish we would use Nolen more. McGee "just didn't like him" last year for some reason. He could be a big contributor.

Summers called a hell of a game in the Fiesta bowl. He will be the next up and coming Devensive minded coach. One + is he can scheme special teams better than any1 i have ever seen. mackin needs to seriously consider this guy! We need a young, entergetic coach. Just an outlaw kind of guy.

"Just an outlaw kind of guy".
Well, our last 2 HC's ended up on the wrong side of the law a time or two, but that didn't seem to help their coaching ability-lol.

I love you 4th down but I just didn't see it. Other than you and pat shed returning, I don't see much in the way of impressive things on ST during that time. Jmo.

I concur, we did have Zahn though so that might have effected kickoff coverage and obviously effected field goals.
