I've heard it a few times. The first time, I honestly thought the speaker was referring to horse-breeding, or something like that. Even after I figured out what it meant, it didn't bother me. I haven't been personally offended by words -- any words -- since I was about 17 or 18. Grown people who do take offense that way are overly-fragile and ought to get over it (for their own peace of mind, if nothing else). But I feel positive that most of them never will.

Granted, it would be a thankless task, but someone really should compile a list of all the media-reported false-flag "incidents" that have taken place at various college campuses over the years. Basic script is:
1. Something Bad happens, usually connected in some way to the precious "identity" of various liberals.
2. Campus authorities and/or local law-enforcement investigates the Bad Thing that happened.
3. Turns out, the whole Bad Thing was either made up in the first place, or else it was secretly done by liberal(s) to gin up sympathy for themselves and/or cast non-liberals in a bad light.

I do think that liberals are guilty of making up controversies. The one that offended me the most was a lady who came to speak at my campus when I was a freshman. She claimed that it was horrible that she was forced to learn English when she immigrated illegally to Arizona. What the actual f*ck? To make matters ten times worse, she said that she moved to France to get away from the intolerance in the US. *** ****. Why are you saying this sh!t in North Idaho?

I once visited a friend who went to college at a liberal all girls school in Boston. She had a few lesbians in her circle of friends. They had an annual homos vs breeders kickball game. That was the first time I'd ever heard it and it was used very tongue in cheek.

I have been called worse things than being a breeder.

You mean as a kid you played that game and called it that!................me too. And honestly, I didn't hate gays then, hell, I doubt if I even knew what it was - I don't hate them now.
I could care less what adults do in the privacy of their bedroom. I'm not fond at all of those that wear assless chaps in a parade and other such nearly nude get-ups. That's a little too over the top for me and I really don't think it garners much support from the non-gays.

A friend of mine went on a Miami vacation with her bf and when they were in a club a flaming gay guy walks up and says
"Who's the breeder guy? Ditch the fish and let me show you a real good time"
If also seen it used by urban childless yuppies to slam people walking around with 3 or four kids

Guess you don't need to ask why slurs are allowed here any more.
Leave it to right-wingers to see no difference between political insults and slurs based on intrinsic characteristics. That is, of course, because right-wingers love using slurs based on intrinsic characteristics and want to justify their use any way they can.
Leave it to an idiot to call people out for calling people names by calling them names.
You reek of hypocrisy.

Didn't we all learn to deal with being called a name or something way back in 1st grade?

When the name calling started, that's when the hurt began. I didn't have to beat the crap out of too many before word got around. That's more like 4th or 5th grade.

Just do a simple Google search. Homosexuality, blacks being happy in subservient roles.

So have I, and you know what? I still managed to make it through life, my self esteem wasn't kicked to the curb, I don't need therapy, and I don't blame anything I've ever done wrong on the people who called me those names.

But when it comes to slurs, you should go back and read what you say to people you disagree with; you're no saint. A slur is a slur, and gays shouldn't expect special treatment just because they're gay while the rest of us don't, right?
I've never heard anyone use the word breeder. I think some conservatives like to make up controversies in order to feel persecuted.
I remember some of the more outrageous gay-based organizations used that word as a slur quite often in the past (I want to say the early 90's?), particularly on college campuses, but I don't think it ever stuck around as an effective slanderous attack
One of the Toms on this board used to use the word breeder quite a bit...I believe he finally stopped about 9 or 10 months ago when the gay groups told their followers that they can't expect straights to stop calling them names if they're calling the straights names. So instead of calling us breeders they just went back to calling us bigots and homophobes.
Lol, how stupid. We ARE breeders, that's not offensive at all. It seems that many many fags are pretty stupid.
