Whatever floats your boat, I guess.....

Are all non-Rutgers alumni from outside of New Jersey prohibited from being Scarlet Knights fans? It is just not allowed?

Does the school bar them from campus and issue restraining orders to prevent them from cheering for Rutgers?

P.S. Most Notre Dame alumni are not from Indiana, but from all over the country.

Terry, you know ND well. Just a question based on the timing, did it have anything to do with UC being picked up by the Belk Bowl?

Let me make it clear that I don't believe ND is trying to avoid UC, because they are only doing what's best for them. I'm probably one of the few UC fans who really likes Kelly. I can just see why Kelly and ND wouldn't really have an interest in playing UC.

I don't think that ND choosing the Pinstripe over the Poinsetta or the Hawaii Bowl had anything to do with Cincy.

I think that ND decided, if they had to pick between minor bowls, that filling Yankee Stadium with ND fans and having media exposure in New York City fit the bill.

That, and the timing of the Pinstripe was better, it not being either the day before or day after Christmas, like the Poinsetta and Hawaii Bowls.

I was holding out hope for the Indy Bowl, but good god can you blame anyone for not wanting to come to shreveport?
