Let he who is without bad loss cast the first stone.

So...umm...no one gets to say anything.

Difference is WKU fans were not pounding their chest preseason on how unstoppable we were goign to be without ever playing a conf. game in current conf...Most sane WKU fans said we would struggle until next year which we are clearly struggling....

USA only has two losses, both to top 50 RPI teams. The losses this league has absorbed over the past few days were bad losses.

Blew big leads in both.

I don't think any of the losses (except Troy) last night were "terrible losses." But, I do think that if we want to advance the league we have to get some of those.

In a vacuum neither WKU's loss to Marshall or Georgia State's loss to Elon is terrible.

However, the cumulative effect of the league constantly losing games to teams that would boost the rpi is what hurts.

I dont think this at Marshall loss is going to turn out to be a bad a loss. WKU clearly has some things to work on like turnovers!

AND

I sure do remember a lot of threads started by G State fans showing how random websites were ranking them first in the Sun Belt.

Yet, his name is on the court.

I was about to ask that. What exactly did he do to both A) set the program back while B) getting the court named after him?

The same fans also linked to websites that didn't put us first.

It's kinda what you talk about leading up to basketball season...

haha touche on what to talk about but there was a lot of hype from Georgia State fans this year on their team. I hope we both start winning games, that's for sure.

Remember us Bobcat fans saying that we expect to see improvement this year and be more competitive in basketball? Yeah... scratch that comment.

Looks like there are some problems with the players buying into the system, and as such... we have what you might call a dumpster fire.

04-cheers

(Also, I'm holding onto hope that the Panther hype wasn't completely unfounded. We'll know a lot more as we get >6 games into the season...)
