Pointing out what's already been said, but I can't believe we didn't foul at the end of either one of those overtimes.

My cat just ran out of the room because of the expletives. We won this game twice. No positivity about how we played this game. We seriously just gave up an opportunity to be legitimate against a good team. We messed it up. No excuses.

Well, we get to face Nebraska. I hope we get some rest after this. Tipoff is 17 hours away.

That is just unbelievable. We had this game won. The And 1's were what killed us more than not fouling before the last shot.

Gah. No reason at all to lose that. They looked so good, but that's just frustrating as all hell. They handed them regulation on a platter.

One thing I've noticed is that they need to learn how to follow through on fouls. When they foul on plays they never put enough muscle into it to ever keep their opponents from getting the And-1. I'm seeing a lot of free three point plays.

Go take a cold shower or something. There were plenty of positives to take away from this game.

The number one positive? It feels great to have depth.

19 rebounds 18 points for Rucker. Plus he had 6 assists.
34 points for Fraizer on 11 of 19 and 9 for 9 from the line.

First time this team has been in a situation like this. Hopefully they will learn from it. But definitely an opportunity wasted against a Top 25 team.

This loss makes me feel a lot better than a moral victory loss for football. Basketball has obviously turned a corner. I can think of several (all?) Mike Davis coached UAB teams that would have collapsed at the 3 minute left in regulation mark.

I take partial blame. I prematurely looked up when the last win against a ranked team was.

Cost us the game. I can understand once but twice was tough. Great showing but we don't get many chances like this...

As always... It's never easy being a UAB fan. With that said, I'm heartbroken on this game that we HAD WON TWICE, but I still see the season being a good one. Never thought we'd even be close after the way we played 1st half. Go Blazers

I'm not sure they will be a Top 25 team when all is said and done. They do not play defense at all.
