Who would he be talking about?

I wouldn't think this would be Calhoun or Sullivan because Lee has known them for some time.

2 spots left, Plenty to choose from as well. Don't count on the Alabama commitments to remain committed.

Don't we only have one spot left. Didn't Chris Cokley commit?

KC coming off of scholarship gave us a 6th spot.

Thanks! I didn't realize that. I hate losing KC, but it will be nice to have another spot.

Very curious to see who this other highly touted recruit is that he's talking about. Wouldn't think he'd be so cryptic if he was talking about Calhoun, Sullivan, or Cokely. I know we're in on Gueye, but he said he wasn't signing in the early period plus with Lee and Cokely I don't know if we need another big. I'd think the last two spots would go to a guard/small forward type player.

Huge pickup for UAB. One of the best players in America. #1 player in Alabama by ESPN.

In terms of the other high level recruit Lee speaks of, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if that is one of the Alabama guys that have committed elsewhere.

A golden opportunity for Isaac Haas to sign to play for Coach Haase, and help lead UAB to several "FINAL FOURS".

I would love it if we could sing Haas. I was sad when he went elsewhere. Even if he sits for two years getting acclimated to D1, who wouldn't want a 7'2" monster on your team??

Congrats guys. Big time get. Haase is doing some work down there.

UAB and UTEP are really getting the job done on the recruiting front.

Just a matter of time for Charlotte, this conference is about to shoot up the rankings in terms of conference ranking. Just give it a few years.

We're doing alright on the recruiting front.

We have Braxton Ogbueze eligible next year: http://espn.go.com/college-sports/basket...on-ogbueze

And Bernard Sullivan: http://espn.go.com/college-sports/basket...d-sullivan

We bring in:

Keyshawn Woods: http://espn.go.com/college-sports/basket...hawn-woods

Torin Dorn: http://espn.go.com/college-sports/basket...torin-dorn

Add that to the core we have built around Pierra Henry, Willie Clayton, Mike Thorne, and Shawn Lester and we should have a very, very good team next year.

Had a tough loss last night because we couldn't hit FT's in the last 2 minutes and CoC couldn't miss from three, but we had stretches were we played very well despite having little depth due to injuries.

Our future looks good too. I fully expect Charlotte, UTEP UAB, WKU and even Marshall (maybe I'm expecting too much with this one) to make CUSA a player in basketball. Schools like MT and ODU can certainly be players in any given year too. USM and La Tech are strong and I expect USM to remain that way with Tyndall, but I expect Tech to lose their coach very soon and go back to their Tech ways.

We (CUSA) seem to be out-recruiting the A10 so far for 2014. Only VCU is really having a strong recruiting year there.

RE: Dallas County’s William Lee chooses UAB
Well two of those guys are transfers, but I'll take a big time transfer any day, especially when they're eligible for 3 years like Ogbueze.

I'm more excited that more than half our team next year will be Charlotte area guys. If we do big things with them, that could really help us open new doors. Charlotte (and NC in general) has some of the best basketball talent in the country, so winning big with those guys will help. Major has made the local kids a priority and I believe it will pay off.

It seems that Haase is doing the same in Alabama.

Very excited for your future. I expect big things.
