We are on ESPN this Thursday vs. USF.
Our SMU game will be on ESPN.
We have been on ESPNews for Memphis, BYU and Rutgers.

The Louisville and Cincy games are TBA.

Potentially 8 national cable games on the ESPN family, including 3-4 on ESPN or ESPN2. Never had this kind of national exposure before. Our old CUSA deal (CBS Sports/Fox Sports Southwest) does not compare.

uh oh, bad news for houston. Should be an incredible atmosphere!!

This is good for the AAC and these two could put on a very good show.

I'm just fine with the start time, at least I won't have to juggle it with my stepson's soccer game like I usually do.

Me either! son has a 230pm football Playoff game if they win this weekend. Works out great get home around 530pm just in time.

now houston just has to take care of business this weekend to make the game next weekend truly special

Man, that just made my whole day! At least we'll get ONE real Saturday Knight game this year! GAME ON!!

This game will be a hard sell out and the team will likely bust out the black helmets / black unis for this one. It's also homecoming and now there is a full day to tailgate.

The Brighthouse is going to be absolutely rocking.

Houston has played one good defense (Memphis) and scored 25 points. This is one of those games where people look at points the offenses have put up and declare it will be a shootout, without really looking at the defenses they did it against. Vegas will put the over/under of this game around 70 and I'd take the under big time.

BYU has a better D than Memphis and nobody has scored over 21 point on them in over a year and a half....well except for 2 weeks ago when the Coogs put 46 on them.

Rutgers is also known for having a solid D and we put 49 on them. I hope UCF's secondary isn't a liability or they will lose.

Seeing that BYU ran for 264 yards against Houston, UCF's game plan will be pretty much the same as we've used against "Houston-type" teams while in CUSA: run run and run to use clock and keep their offense off the field.

If UCF could torch UL's defense on the ground then I think running on Houston will be no problem.

I am hoping that one of us, regardless of the outcome of this game, goes on to win the conference and the BCS Bowl game to follow!!!

And just think, this is on the old BE contract. More exposure next year.

What an awesome game that'll be.

Brighthouse will be hopping, and we've never really had much luck there, but JOK and Co. (being majority freshmen and sophomores) are naïve to the point of not even caring that they are the underdog and SHOULD lose.

The way they play, you can sense that they don't feel any pressure whasoever -- they just go out and BALL.

It'll go up against LSU v alabama and VT v Miami. Tough tv matchups but hopefully we can get some viewers to stick with us since we'll be starting at 7 instead of 8.
