UCF
USF
SMU

These teams need help:

Louisville
Rutgers
Cincinnati
UConn
Memphis
Temple

How is anyone other than UH and UCF in the top list? They are the only ones that do not have a loss. Every other team needs help from the other teams to beat UCF or UH.

Both USF and SMU have UCF and UH on their schedule, so they control their own destiny in that they can each give UCF and UH losses

All of those teams are from Texas or Florida.
