Currently, here are the Big 12 standings:
Tech 7-0
Baylor 6-0
Oklahoma 6-1
Okla St 5-1
Texas 4-2
TCU 3-4
West Va 3-4
Kansas St 2-4
Kansas 2-4
Iowa St 1-5
The Big 12 might get 6 bowl teams. It's highly unlikely they get 7.
To update after yesterday's action:
OU moved to 10th in the BCS with the win over Texas Tech, but I still doubt they get 2 BCS bids. Even if we assume they get a single BCS bid, I'd say it's still less than 50% that the league fills the Pinstripe.
Bowl eligible: Baylor, OU, Texas Tech, Ok St [Texas at 5-2 is a near lock]
No one is ineligible yet, but 1-6 ISU and 2-5 KU need a miracle. That means to fill the Pinstripe, the Big 12 needs 2 of these 3 to make 6-6:
3-4 KSU (ISU, @ TX Tech, TCU, OU, @ KU)
3-5 WVU (@ TCU, TX, @ KU, ISU)
3-5 TCU (WVU, @ ISU, @ KSU, Baylor)
They're probably all projected in the 5-7/6-6 range. If the spot is left empty and filled by Notre Dame, great for an AAC team. If it's filled by anyone else, probably bad news in terms of interest in the opponent.
