Trying to contain my anger. Temple let that one slip out of their hands. Snow should be let go after game 12

I'm still trying to wrap my head around Temple scoring 49 points in a non-OT game. Didn't see live action but that is crazy.

Our true freshman QB is very, very good. Skinnier, more mobile Tajh Boyd. We also have a sophomore WR who is very good.

Our defense sucks. Plus our offense kept turning it over in the first half. Plus Temple's freshman QB played very well and found his wide open receivers effectively.

Fire Tom Mason.

I'm well aware of Walker. I've seen 2 of the last 3 Temple played before today. I still can't comprehend 49 with the weapons available in the roster.

We have talent. It might not seem like it, but we do.

I see where SMU got 728 yards of offense. That is kind of incredible.

It's been about 12 years now, but I remember a game where Navy racked up 724 yards of offense in a game against Tulane. Two items that made the statistic memorable to me were that (1) Navy's yards were divided exactly half-and-half between running and passing: 362 yards on the ground and 362 in the air; and (2) because Navy had a lot of turnovers, Tulane actually won the game, 50-38. To gain 724 yards of total offense and still lose... That may not be the all-time record (for a non-overtime game) but it's got to be close.

Oh lawd...I'm looking at that box score. Both Tooly and Navy tried to keep pace with the offensive yards with penalty yardage.03-lmfao

But, maybe this gem from a few weeks ago is a record:

Stephen F Austin gains 827 yards...and loses.

I sincerely do miss the good ol' days where 827 yards was just enough to win games.
