Nope.

He probably also said we'd lose the other games. oh well. Let's just hope our guys go out there and win.

Nope.

Don't get butthurt because I think we're going to lose those 4 games badly (BYU is the most physical team on our schedule, the other 3 are talented teams on the road).

Only in Cougarland could predicting 8-4 make people act THIS defensive.

LOL overreact much? What exactly am I butthurt about?

Uhh, I predict we lose 4 games badly (that we're probably going to be 2 score underdogs in), and you happily jump onto this guys stupid assumption that I felt we were going to lose to any of the sad sack teams we've played already (or in your case, assuming I said we'd lose them ALL). Sounds like silly butthurtness to me.

LOL you still didn't tell me WHAT I was butthurt about. You told me why you thought I was butthurt but not exactly WHAT I was butthurt about...with all your overreaction then by your measure it sounds like you're butthurt 03-lmfao

Butthurt that I predicted we were going to lose those games badly. Seriously, I thought that was clearly evident. Is your reading comprehension on the fritz today?

So why did you assume I predicted we would lose every other game we've played then? You're not making any sense. Just apologize for making a dumb assumption and move on.

LOL apologize cause you overreacted to me saying "He probably also said we'd lose the other games. oh well. Let's just hope our guys go out there and win." I would have likely admitted I was wrong and apologized if you had told me I was wrong. But you're extreme overreactions isn't going to get me to apologize.

I was obviously telling him that he should just not care and we should just hope that our guys go and win.

So O'Korn really needs to increase his % completion for this game, 50% is not gonna cut it. If he somehow completes 70% of his passes than we could in in a 42 to 38 type game. Probably gonna be more like 38 to 17.

Explain please.

I thought i did...

O'Korn completed 13 out of 30 againdt Memphis. We scored 25 points, partially due to great special teams (punting and returns) defense who forced 4 turnovers. The way I see it our offense needs to step up.

I think we can agree that BYU's offense is much better than Memphis'. They ran for like 200 yards and passed another 250 vs Goeorgia Tech, and scored 38 points. GT has a pretty good defense. Therefore I think we need to score a lot of points to win the game, and 13 out of 30 passes completed is not good enough. I am hoping BYU 's secondary sucks and our QB needs to have a good day.

I've been getting from a lot of BYU fans that the weakness in their D is their secondary. So that's promising. Hopefully O'Korn and his WRs are on the same page this game, cause they sure weren't for Memphis.

You forgot that they also set a TX record for rushing while blowing them out.... Nevertheless, they lost to Virginia and Utah. With that said, Houston will have score TDs in an up-tempo offense while stopping the run on D. Moreover, no turnovers… and Houston might have a chance at winning....

I really think that if all the other phases of both teams play how they've been playing, it all comes down to how O'Korn and his WRs connect for this game. If they're on the same page we can outscore them. If they don't then we're in for a long game. I don't think they're going to score 80 pts on us, but anywhere from 20-40 is realistic. O'Korn seemed to be off on many throws in the Memphis game(almost looked like the WRs and the QB were on different plays), and when he was spot on, our WRs would drop the ball. I just hope they make sure they're in a groove together. I think that's what made Keenum so successful. He made sure he knew his WR's idiosyncrasies and knew where they would be.

If Houston can't stop the run or BYU's pass rush, it has no chance (that's what happen to Texas).... An up-tempo offense tires out their D and gives Houston a chance to connect on some big pass plays. However, if BYU can run on Houston, the game is over.... BYU would run all over Houston like it did Texas....

I think they're going to run all over us, I just think that if our Pass is effective we can keep up and maybe outscore.
