I know "The War on I-4" is still a ways away, but it's what a lot of fans have been waiting for.....If USF continues to win games, and UCF as well--which I fully expect because they are very good this year--this contest suddenly becomes big for the AAC. It's already scheduled to be on either ABC/ESPN/ESPN 2. What are your predictions on attendance? Bright House sells out easy right? Aresco (and many others) have pointed to this game as a rivalry game that needs to take off to better the conference. It's a damn shame USF cut the series in 2006 because UCF wasn't a BCS school.....Imagine if this game was the 13th consecutive game being played between the two schools instead of the 5th total, and 1st in 6 years? I'm not a fan of either school but I love rivalry games. It's what college football is all about!

It will be a sell out for sure... but unless our offense improves dramatically I'm not overly optimistic. Caught us in a major rebuilding phase.

I don't think it was a crime to spread out the OOC games a bit. Good to have played, now good to be in the same conference and good to be playing again. UM is ending their series with us but I don't fault them for it. Got to mix up OOC a bit to keep it interesting. Only 4 per year! If you want to play every year you really need to be in the same conference.... which is exactly what happened! This will be a showcase rivalry for the American. It's a GOOD thing!

No excuses, but a sell out could be tough since it's on Black Friday.
