I really thought he was going to take the country to the brink. We would get a 3-5% move on the Dow. I sweep in for a quick gainer. Stocks are telling me there is a deal. Now does Boehner keep his speakership?

Fed Chair appointment may have had a role in this too.

So you lost a hundred bucks. You should put the good of the country ahead of your personal gain.

Boehner cost you nothing. This what happens when you gamble. Sometimes you win...most times you lose. Mach..Please tell me you are not trying to time the market.

I just went all cash on Tuesday or Wednesday. I just didn't see a breakthrough. I don't hold a stock more than two weeks.

Disagree with you on the two-weeks theory, mach. If you're putting your cash in a company, it needs to be a company you trust over the long-haul. (I have to admit, I completely whiffed on a couple in the last few months, and was only lucky enough to break even. Damn you WSTL for not getting your HomeCloud working like you promised!)

If I had money to bet...I mean invest, you are damn right I would bet on an American collapse.

With the leadership we now have...it is almost a lock. Neither side has a GD clue the damage they are causing the republic by increasing the size of the Federal government. Both sides should be tried for treason.
