I'm not sure how Chicago, NYC, and Indy is ranked, while Miami, Orlando, and Tampa isn't. Seeing Cleveland and Cincinnati this high, you'd think that OSU can be a Top 3 school w/ Ohio talent alone. Meanwhile they're getting blown off the field against schools from the south. And w/ 5 of 10 from the B1G, you'd think the B1G would be much stronger than it is.

Keep in mind this list if only for 2013.

The New York metro encompasses most of down state NY, much of NJ, western CT, and even a small part of PA.

They added the preseason computer rankings of 7 teams and ranked them from low (best) to high. With that theory an area that had #1 and #100 (101 total) would rank the same as an area that #50 and #51.
