Best Fans Based Conferences/teams
This should lend to much controversy if not discussion. Before the American officially hits the field, their fan bases are already ahead of the ACC according to the "study".

If anyone has seen the stands at every ACC Championship, that comes as no surprise. Football is second fiddle at all but two ACC schools, and football is the biggest donor-related sport.

Their methods are "unique" they rank Wyoming and Idaho as 3-4 in the nonBCS rank that says it all.
