As for specific rankings, obviously they're just my opinion...which is no better than any of yalls. I have no problem with people wanting to move a certain team up/down a couple of spots. It's all subjective.
The only reason that game was close last year was because our qb was out that week and we had a poor one dimensional backup in his place who couldn't throw
McHargue was fresh off an injury, which really limited Rice's playcalling according to Bailiff himself. Not trying to say Rice is better than Tulsa but I do think they're two tough, evenly matched teams.
I still think not. Our playcalling was infinitely limited due to having Kalen Henderson out there. He CAN NOT THROW. Luckily he transfered because we have an up-and-coming #2 QB who is probably better than our starter but is only a redshirt freshman.
I believe Trey Watts suited up but also sat out that game.

I believe that you're right. That's why Douglas had to make that AMAZING run that made the Rice players look like 5th graders bouncing off of him.
