Of course anything is possible. Do not think it will happen, but could. That's the good thing about
taking on new challenges. We have faith we will not do nearly as bad as might be possible. Do
not think we will win the crystal football either. Being realistic will probably be somewhere in the
middle, but do not want to take away the fun some seem to have telling us about potential dome
and gloom.

I love when the term "doom and gloom" is thrown around. You know you could have the best decade(from a wins total perspective in conference history) and still only average 7-5 over that decade. Pretty sure Troy and UNT are the only Sun Belt programs to post winning season streaks longer than two(granted, Louisiana and stAte should both join that group this year) the only message is, unless you expect to be better than every other school that has ever played football in this conference, you can probably expect at least three losing seasons in your first decade and I expect that will be a tough pill for App and Southern fans to swallow, considering Southern has only had three losing seasons since 1996 and App has only had three losing seasons since 1982. What you call "doom and gloom" I call therealities of FBS.

WKU should also join that group. Hopefully in fairly spectacular fashion!!!

Auto correction is a bad thing sometimes. Or being a bad typist.
Yeah, we are not going to put up a Kibbie Dome anytime soon.

Apologies ToT, honest mistake that omitting you guys. Don't know about the double digit wins you seem to be predicting, but I agree, you guys should get that third straight this year as well.

For once i was not digging at you. 04-cheers

Put us on the *************** list you ********************************. Piece of ***************************************************************************. 04-cheers

I think that 13 wins is definitely possible. I think that 9-10 is more reasonable. 5 ooc wins will definitely help.

True, WKU having a terrible losing streak going FBS, and UMass went 1-11 last year, their first in FBS,
but no school expects that to happen. A virtual throw away increased scholarships this year with no one
to recruit because the recruiting season was virtually over will not help GaSo or App. Might make it worse.
Still hoping for the best though.

I think this thread has gone way down hill; like the OP intended. He trolls other boards to get a rise and arguments out of what he perceives to be lesser schools.

How about we let this die an easy death by not continuing it.

Those are pretty heavy allegations ma'am. I simply posted an article for discussion and others took it upon themselves to fight and argue. This is a classic case of shooting the messenger.
