Cat mom...why don't you re-title your thread Texas State Countdown? Promotion of every single Texas state player is becoming a bit...old.

I think her intention was for everyone else to post their players as well. I could be wrong about that though. I don't mind it at all.

Couple of times, a Georgia Southern fan posted their player as well.

I kinda dig it. Would be great if more teams throw up one of their players.

I think it's a great idea and a good post to boot. Your doing an excellent job CatMom. Eventually they will catch on and we'll get to see other conference mates participate.

That's exactly what it is. I've seen it for years on multi-team sites

Thanks all. That's exactly the idea and I already replied to same poster in the 86/85 thread. Lighten up and maybe add your guy instead of complaining.

If you have an open # try to post an incoming recruit. I did that for 92 and have a few coming up.

Per Cat Mom's suggestion.

I couldn't name enough ASU players to do a 100 day countdown.

Pretty sure she's using the athletics webpage as a cheat sheet....

Though Catmom does have the distinction of being the football team stalker.

You think that's bad... You should see her during baseball season. I'm surprised the Diamond Sweethearts haven't tried to co-opt her.

Uh...no someone else suggested the same on 85/86. We are different people from different schools. I still think it would be helpful if you title it Texas St. player countdown. BTW, you can go to each teams' website and read it in one fell swoop rather than 100+ separate threads from all the teams. But if you guys want to continue to read each players bios from each team in a separate thread...wear yourself out.

Same poster or not the post was fairly close to the same wording. Yes, I'm positive most of us are aware we can head to 12/13 various websites but we're trying to add a bit of fun and participation during the off season.
No one is forced to do so or even read the threads.

I'll continue to knock myself out for the 3/4 minutes it takes me each night.

Why name it Texas State player countdown when others are adding to it as well?

Or more to the point, why does it bother you so much?
