Compher era begain today! What should be on his to do list?
Externally:

1) OOC Scheduling for Football, Basketball, and Baseball.

--Priority being basketball IMO.

2) "Branding with the AAC.

3) ECU "branding"

4) Pirate Club

5) Basketball Practice Facility finishing up / Interior Minges remodeling.

6) Athletic Facility plans for growth and updating.
--DF Press box / Stadium expansion
--Minges interior remodeling
--Swimming and diving

7) Godwin's future
--I feel sure he will have to make a public statement about Godwin and Pirate baseball either before or just after the baseball season ends for the Pirates.

Internally:

1) Pirate Club

2) Godwin's future

3) Athletic Facility plans for growth and updating.
--DF Press box / Stadium expansion
--Minges interior remodeling
--Swimming and diving

4) Use of AAC revenue streams

5) AAC expansion, if any, to get to 12 "all sport" members
