I'm really looking forward to seeing you guys. Heard a lot about it. Our marching band is basically the one thing we're proud of right now. Can't wait to see what they get done this year.

The full SOTS goes to at least two away games and the SOTS Pep Band attends the rest. The pep band is around 70 or so members.

Most years we go to every game. I know MTSU goes to a lot, but I never remembered them going to every game. I don't remembering anyone saying anything to that effect, if they do its news to me.

So most of the bands of The Sun Belt dont travel? I havent seen Troy in some time but from what I remember they were pretty darn good.

Many of them do, I just don't know of any that have traveled to the extent Troy's band has.

Our band traveled to Michigan and seemed to help a lot.

The last time our missed an away trip was during the 2000 football season. The MMH has their own travel budget raise by alums of the band and by other appearances they make throughout the year. They go wherever the team goes. Most of the bands in the SWAC are the same way.
