It will be televised on NBC Sports.
So that makes 10 out of 15. The only ones missing are: Ga Tech, Wake Forest, Maryland, Syracuse and Boston College. What's up, guys?
1. We're still on the BIG EAST contract, so ACC exposure perks haven't materialized yet. I have no idea how Pitt got their game aired.
2. ESPN may not be too enthused about doing UMD a solid given they are jumping to Fox very soon.
3. WF and BC may not have enough of a following. It's hard to get Boston's attention, and BC is down right now, so their fan support is lacking. As for WF, they are a small private school that is in a state that also holds 3 other BCS programs and is surrounded by states with multiple BCS programs, including top tier teams, like UTenn to the west, Clemson and USCarolina to the south, and Virginia Tech to the north. I think that they have trouble getting out of everyone's shadow.
4. I have no idea why GT wouldn't be aired. Maybe they're trying to keep it secret because they are unleashing their no prisoners offense, and their 12 man defense... :noisycricket:
