RE: Future
It has been rumored that if Appalachian State & Georgia Southern move up which they are, and The College of Charleston moves to the CAA which they are, that Chattanooga may consider leaving the SoCon too. My immediate guess is the OVC but with the possibility of KSU joining, I thought that might be enough to keep the Mocs in place.

Why not KSU, the third largest school in Georgia behind UGA and GaSt with 24,000 students, in well populated Cobb County in north metro Atlanta, the start up football stadium is small, way to small but it's naming rights have been bought by 5/3rd Bank, and should be easily expandable, another attendance boost for GaSt.

RE: Future
Future was the wrong title of this thread.

It's going to look nothing like this in the future.

RE: Future
Chattanooga is not going FBS, several problems with them. They do not meet the 15K attendance minimum and they also do not sponsor baseball, which I'd think would be a prerequisite.

Chattanooga has better attendance than G-State. Those guys can't get more than 6,000 people to show up even when they give money away.
