This is a multi sport Master Plan and I believe phase one is the only one that deals with just football.

Phase 1 bowling in the stadium, I have heard that it will be just the S. Endzone but could be both. That money is in hand.

Phase 2 consist of the Track/Soccer facility (money in hand) and the complete renovation/large expansion to the athletic complex. From what I have been told is we are very close to having all the required money on hand.

Phase 3: I believe will include Upper Deck construction/renovation. I have heard that we will tear down the current UD and expand it to endzone to endzone, with luxury suites and pressbox. Also build a matching upper deck on the east side as well. That will be finance through the sale of suites and bonds. Suites are already sold according to my source. Upping capacity to 48-52K.
