They certainly seem to share similar agendas.

Like or hate Quo, but at the end of the day... he ended up being right about how things would end up.

Where did our homer go? what happen to the guy that wanted this conference to unite and compete against all the others? I miss that homer.

But at the same time I can't blame Aresco too much. He just became the Capt of a sinking ship. I blame more on Johnny Boy and Mikey T for what transpired. Not saying Aresco is blameless either.

But tho, when quo does make his return in bout a month n a few weeks. Be a little easy on the guy. He just had a different opinion... ya know

You and I both know that he was an SEC/LSU homer that was masquerading as a Big East fan. There was nothing intuitive about his posts. He was making backhanded jabs at all our member schools because he wanted to raise the ire of everyone with a stake in Big East football. He didn't have a different opinion any more than a rapist "likes it rough." He was by nature an instigator.

He's mostly a Georgetown fan that had some ties to USF. Never considered him a USF fan myself. As far as being a LSU homer, I guess its possible.

Sorry man. I'm here. We still have a great group of schools that have the potential to go far together.

Nevertheless, we pretty much gave away the shop. It will be a long road to reclaim what was lost. And I'm mainly thinking about the pass to certain recruits living rooms. Our programs needed some form of conference brand recognition to have even a small shred of a chance to compete against the remarkable disparity in economic resources enjoyed by the Big 4..

Don't forget that he was a Temple fan, and an ECU fan after that.

I don't buy for a minute that he had a PhD from USF.
