BowTie Cause
Hey just wanted to post this link. Really classy job guys. I know we may disagree about things like football and whatnot. But I think this is awesome and the community support is something I am jealous of. I think we can all agree, even though it may take a bit of nudging, that there are bigger things than football. I tried to get in touch with the Bow Tie foundation and start a cause b/c I lost my mother to melanoma and am hoping we can get something, but I must applaud you guys, the university and the community. Good work 04-rock 04-bow

RE: BowTie Cause
Yes it's is great! I just love how this event was coordinated with the opening of our new $10 million dollar Dana Cancer Center on the UT medical campus. Here is the news story with video. As a leukemia survivor who was treated at MD Anderson in Houston I can attest the way they have set up the patient focus per the article is exactly how it was at MD Anderson which is arguably the number one cancer hospital in the US. I could go get all my tests and treatments in one day back to back to back all under one roof. UT has duplicated the services and offerings of MD Anderson. It's amazing and makes a huge difference.
