Remove either and this ship wouldnt sail.

Athletic, decent IQ (especially Darius), ability and willingness to share the ball and frankly skill.

Darius's ability to both pass effectively (make the difficult seem easy) and effectively put the ball on the floor when necessary is a significant improvement.
Shayne's ability to run the floor, get out in space to defend, while holding his own inside are marked improvements over last year.

Instead of the 4 being your garbage guy it has rightfully fallen to Nate. I dont think he is thought of as the go to guy on O. At least I hope not. He can hit the occassional spot up, occasionally use his length and athleticism in space to drive and finish and go to the offensive glass. WMU doesnt need 30 from him to win. He needs to just lock down on D, let the O come to him in the 3 categories listed and allow the guards and bigs to create and run the O through them. He can be the recipient not the straw that stirs the drink.
