Nobody who likes the Noles should support Miami in anything. Must be a casual fan to even consider this to be an option. My family is split between FSU and UF and any of them would vomit if someone tried to cheer for both teams.
Oh puh-lease. It makes no sense to hate a school so much to root against them all the time. In fact it's illogical, you want your opponent/rival to be the best they can be when you beat them. I root for WKU whenever they don't play MT, and does that make me some type of weirdo hybrid fan who is insane? No... I don't think so, it makes me a fan of the sport, NOT a fan of being Mr. Extremist Supporter!
Sure I hate FSU and WKU but that doesn't mean I don't like to see the competition be good.
He isn't rooting for a rival to help his team look better. He said he loves both teams and is a fan of both. Read the damn post.
It isn't illogical at all to root against a rival all the time. In fact it is normal. But I hate Florida a lot more than Miami. That is the main rivalry.
I said I like both teams until they play each other. Then my allegiance is with Miami, period.
Why the hell does it matter again?
I wish to hell I knew.

I don't have multiple teams. I'm all Arkansas State. I'm not one of those guys who roots for a "mid-major", but also feels like they have to have a big time school as well.

I grew up in Florida and attend WKU. That's where my affiliations come from.

I went to Arkansas St and I could never bring my self to root for any other school no matter what level. It would feel too weird
