Note from Kustra to Aresco...
I loved you all the summer through
I thought I'd found my dream in you
For me you were the one
But that was yesterday and yesterday's gone

We walked together hand in hand
'cross miles and miles of golden sand
But now it's over and done
'cause that was yesterday and yesterday's gone

We had such happiness together
I can't believe it's gone forever

Wait 'til summer comes again
I hope that you'll remember when
Our love had just begun
I loved you yesterday and yesterday's gone

We had such happiness together
I can't believe it's gone forever

Wait 'til summer comes again
I hope that you'll remember when
Our love had just begun
I loved you yesterday and yesterday's gone
Yesterday's gone
Yesterday's gone
Yesterday's gone

Nope. But it can be difficult to not sign off that way sometimes. I've had to explain the error to a couple of business associates after I brainlessly signed off on a couple of emails that way.

Oops.

Mmmm, is it worth slight embarrassment at your job to cultivate a mystique of some kind on this board?

One factor not being mentioned right now is recruiting. Texas and Florida are two of the three most talent-rich recruiting states. Boise recruits Texas hard...recruiting Florida would be a nice opportunity for Boise. Each school in Florida really only takes 15 players each year so there's a lot of available talent out there to play in front of.

There are intrinsic benefits to the BE alignment...especially if you're a football coach.

Not to beat you up, but anyone that ends their posts with "Yoda out" has no comprehension of embarrassment.

I've used that signoff for probably 15 years and nobody has said "boo". Suddenly, a lot of people care and care deeply. Kind of funny, really. I mean is it really any sillier than Cooglius Caeser -- or any of the other monikers around here?

Glad someone notices these things. In my opinion conferences would be at least as wise to lock up recruiting hotbeds rather than TV sets. Often they are the same. The Big 10 can add all the schools in the North they want but the only way they can consistently win is getting the top recruits and generally they ain't in the right states to make that happen

Maybe, but I wouldn't really know. I'm not a Star Wars fan. I was at the Final Four in Seattle in the 1980's and was struck by how much Tark and his brother resembled the fictional character. When he became our HC, I adopted the moniker.
