Now you're just going off the tracks altogether.

You're better than this, DB.

You could ask the same about Cubit when he took over here.

But he was never able to take program to MACC level - because of his shortcomings as a head coach, limitations from within athletic department, or combination thereof?

GBD, a good solid man, was 5,4,5 and 1 win seasons his last 4 BC went bowling the season before his dismissal The new guy is coming into a much much better and easier situation. So no it's different

The guy won 5,6,7 and 4 his last 4 years so you are right in that the program never reached the depths it did under Darnell, but then again he left two NFL skill players for BC and a pretty good QB. There are some similarities. Luckily it didn't get as bad as that 04 season. I hope our program never suffers through anything like that again.

The QB was Cubits kid and GJ was leaving early had BC not gotten the job. Good chance TS wouldn't have had the breakout year without BC Btw, Hiller was a true freshman. The postal beatings continue on !!!04-chairshot

Oh... I was agreeing with you that Cubit left the program in better shape. Guess you didn't get that in your zest for combat. Just saying he had some nice pieces Scheffler and Jennings too who were on the roster along with Ryan Cubit because Gary Darnell recruited them there. No reason to bag on him excessively, he did some nice things here it just got away from him towards the end. Just read thoroughly and carefully next time instead of trying to "get me" and you won't embarrass yourself so consistently.
