Don't know details yet, as they have not been released.

Anyone else feel like playing fantasy ESPN executive, and pick the 20 or so games that ESPN/2/U will show?

I'm super, super cereal. Once we have the full list of games, which 7 would you pick for ESPN/ABC, 7 for ESPN2, 7 for ESPN-U. Or just which 20 would you pick for ABC/ESPN/2/U.

Thats actually 13, and none of them will move the needle much.

BYU/Boise is a good matchup. Cincy/Louisville will be good assuming both teams are good. Ditto for Ville/Boise

Reigonal interest at best for the majority of those games. Will likely be burried in bad time slots on espnu

For many of these schools, they'll have a pr/media/network machine behind their programs that wasn't as pronounced in their former leagues.

So, it's impossible to say how much they'll "move the needle" within their new media environment since they'll have exposure that wasn't available to them before..

It's also hard to know who will emerge. As Boise State has shown, success moves the needle pretty far. And, even Boise will be provided with new media platforms that haven't been available at any other time in their history.

With a former television guru leading the charge in Aresco, I think our brands are in good hands.

To be frank, it wouldn't take much to be the best schedule in UCF history.

Possibly. And also hosting South Carolina. So, definitely a very good schedule. Should have 7 home games too for the first time in awhile since 2 other OOC games are at home also.

Then don't watch. Most of those games on that list are pretty attractive matchups. I'd say the time slots are more dependent on who we sign with than anything else.

They will promote Louisville, since they are going to the ACC.

The rest of us will be on ESPN3.

Not sure of everyone's OOC. The Arkansas/RU game has potential for ESPN2.

UL/Boise on Thursday night, unless that's the projected CC game, then Boise/Cincy perhaps on a Thursday or Friday.

I'm pretty sure the contract specifies at least X number on ESPN/ABC, Y on ESPN/2, Z on ESPN-U. And they've shown about 20-22 Big East games the last couple of years, so that's probably the contract minimum.
