RE: are we falling behind?
I think they showed the same wall's over and over about 3 times each to fill the two minutes plus of video. Other than the nice hardware I think WMU's facilities blow that out of the water... then again I am slightly biased.

As they saying goes...you are either getting better or getting worse, there is no staying the same.

We have nice facilities, and we did a good job of setting the bar high several years ago. With that said, since the Seeyle center went up, what have we done. In today's world, even in the MAC, you should have something "new" go up once a generation cycle ( 4 year span) if you want to do things the right way. So every player getting recruited feels they are going to be part of something new during their time at a school.

Nice job by Central. Good to see MAC schools promoting their successes.

Great for all MAC schools.

RE: are we falling behind?
Have you ever been in the lobby of the Bill Brown Center and seen the showcases of NFL talents? Makes this look like they screwed a whiteboard on the wall and wrote "Fire Up Chips" on it. There is no comparison.

You guys truly over estimate what the competition has in terms of facilities.

Kent- Awful
NIU- Added a building to the endzone. Still feels high schoolish
Akron- Amazing...............hasn't helped
Miami- Not much has changed. Nice scoreboard.
CMU- Big time feel on one side, high school feel on the other side, tool shed is still there.
EMU- They could play in the Big House and it wouldnt matter
Toledo- Probably the only stadium with the character of Waldo
BGSU- Put in a nice endzone practice facility. Still feels high schoolish
BSU- Felt as high schoolish as it gets before, still feels high schoolish, but the endzone looks prettier now.
Ohio- They haven't changed a lot, but it has character, and the setting is great.

In the end facilities arent what drives this league. In the end I think it comes down to who has the best recruiting classes. I believe Ohio schools and NIU have an edge over MI schools in access to talent.
