RE: Tulsa AD Fired
Compulsive gambling is a developed disorder involving ( disturbing what is as regular or normal ) accepted behaviors, and like any developed disorder there are elements of denial, See Petrino, yes cheating on spouse could be considered a disorder.
The denial usually follows being challenged before or after a discovery or failure. And due to the anticipated consequence the denial becomes reprobate.
So, the first symptom of this disorder is the omission of the truth, a lie and lying to yourself, the denial saying "I dont have a problem".
Lying to yourself is reprobate, usually in some cultures a moral issue involving beliefs and values associated with religion, the same normal moral values that are included in just about all contract for good reasons.

I'm guessing the odds weren't in his favor.

I'm actually sorry about all this. Tulsa athletics was on a bit of a roll this year, at least in regards to Softball, Men's Soccer, Women's basketball (or was that UTEP?) and of course, Conference champions in football(do they have a baseball team?). Hope that none of the findings against include betting against his own school, not that it really matters, what's done is done. Keeping a good thought for him getting out of this particular "jackpot" and finding a clearer life's perspective.

03-lmfao The responses in this thread are clever as hell. Just like in "The Stache' Before Xmas" thread.
