Better than ESPN who's reporting that we're negotiating to go back to the MWC, as if we'd have to negotiate...

Well if by "negotiate" you mean Craig Thompson sitting in the middle of a Boise State/ San Diego State bukake, then maaaybe. Once we finish though we'd just leave the room.

It's so painfully obvious that there is BS being spread, and purposefully to effect the TV negotiations... But I guess that's business. It's Arescos job to keep in VERY good contact with everyone, and not let the smokescreen detract from his work. More losses or not, his job is to keep us the best possible conference. That means the best possible lineup, from everyone leftover, coast to coast.

Yes it is. Our enemies are definitely taking their best shot. That will make it all the more satisfying when the new Big East not only survives but comes out with a nice TV contract.

They misquoted both Sterk and Kustra (It is frankly odd that the president makes all the comments, but that's another story) - both said explicitly they are only interested if East Carolina is added, hell, they emailed tim brando so they must be added.
