There's always going to be at least 5 "power" conferences. The Big Ten, Pac-12, Big 12, SEC and ACC. The Big East may still end up back in the click before long.

The four don't rid of the ACC. There is no proof of that otherwise you wouldn't see the Orange Bowl tie-in with the ACC. Fact is, superconferences are happening now, just not in the 16 team format being fabricating by media and internet messageboards.

I think The Texoma 4 got a safe place to land PAC12 so the XII won't make a move but more likely cost the other 6 In the Long run..
