That was apparently taken out of context and most that heard the conversation thought he was saying a whole lot of nothing.

I'm sure just like Virginia had to ensure VT had a good home during first round of realignment, VT will have to ensure Virginia has a stable home before they could jump to the SEC. I think this makes VT impossible.

That might be the case but I doubt that the AD is even involved at this point and his interview tonight left most people thinking he was giving the standard non-answer. He pretty much said it hadn't come up.

Folks like you really cant understand the Big Ten and what it is about. To a person like you a University is only as successful as it's football program. To the Big Ten it is all about the competition between themselves. If they get ranked nationally and get the prestige that comes with it then that is even better. Of course they want programs to be at the top nationally but they do not consider it the end of the world if they aren't. They laugh in mockery at folks like yourself. They are laughing all the way to the bank while people like you think you are giving it to them good with silly little jokes like the one you made above.

There is a reason B1G only adds AAU schools, its Academic Excellence first.

Just a question here...please don't get offended. Did Nebraska ever get back their academic excellence? I had to ask, because we loved that one in Missouri.
