PVAMU scored a lot of points in the paint right under the bucket. They also made several 3's. UAB has their work cut out for them in the second half.

I thought we were about to get on it when we cut it from 10 to 2, but had some bad turnovers and defensive lapses at the end.

PV isn't bothered by the fast tempo, but they don't handle the ball well.

Maybe it shouldn't surprise me. Football has a tradition of giving teams that overmatch them a run for their money and then falling on their faces against a team they should beat, I guess basketball is picking up the torch.
