Do you remember when we were in the playoffs in 2005 and UT was on the NC running season? The Joes Crab Shack next to campus and maybe on campus property put up a good luck Longhorns or congrats Longhorns message up on thier marquee. It was taken down quickly after complaints.

We've pulled similar stunts ith the Sonic in Jonesboro back when they were offering Razorback Cups. A few calls to the headquarters, and a few very entertaining conversations with unsuspecting carhops, and that was that.

Wasn't there a similar situation in Lafayette a few years back at Mickey Dee's and LSU cups ?

If they offered a free something for an LSU win... I'd have considered going a different route: I'd have coordinated every student possible to go get the free stuff and not buy a SINGLE thing from them.

Rather than teach them a lesson by griping at them, teach them where it really hurts: Pocketbook.

Of course, it was probably a "every time LSU wins, you get free fries with a burger" in which case my idea TOTALLY sucks, and the approach that was used worked like a champ.

ULL is no threat to anyone. UL LAF represents nothing more than a school with no name to everyone at LSU. It seems to me that LA LAF is called something different every time I see or hear it referred to, which isn't often outside of Acadiana. Some threat UL-Lafayette is. No, you guys at U La La are more of a joke than a threat.
