If it does end up at a "big 4", how clear is it that the Big 12 survives over the ACC? I don't think that battle has been decided.

C'mon, in college football, does anyone outside the SEC really matter?

Yeah, 3 or 4, in two different social classes. Maybe tiers. SEC and B10 at top, b/c both will have networks, eventually, and the highest payouts.

Pac next. Maybe one more.

Best of rest next.

Midgets still at the bottom.

Big 12 is like the Big East. Too Young as a conference to remain poaching free. SEC, Big 10,ACC, Pac have been around as long as I can remember. I'm 60 and have seen conferences come and go. Missouri Valley and Ohio Valley nearly as long. Ties that bind. Love 'Em or Hate 'Em They survive.
