How Many Bowls Will the New System Have?

The postseason system that replaces college football's Bowl Championship Series could include as many as eight bowl games plus the national-title game, Big Ten commissioner Jim Delany said.

It doesn't really matter if it's not a playoff. It's just more games under the "BCS" umbrella instead of outside it.
