I wonder how many warning signs Papa Bush and Clinton ignored as well?

None. Cause we all know 9/11 wasn't even conceived of until January 20th, 2001.

It's easy to play Monday morning quarterback with the benefit of hindsight.

On AQ, they missed plenty. Not sure about specific 9/11 threats, but you would have to believe there were at least a few.

The day we forget is the day we open ourselves up to be victims again. Liberals believe the world thinks like they do, i.e. Muslims hate us, therefore we must have done something to piss them off. You can either be the victim or the victor. Pick one.

Never forget the Muslims in the streets of NYC celebrating the fall of the towers on 9/11/12.

I for one will never forget the religion of hate, Islam, and what it's responsible for. I don't dwell but I'll never forget that day and the needless sacrifice of life. All one needs to do is turn on the tv to see that for them the war is far from over and for Biden this day is bittersweet.... What a dbag.

It's a good thing for the NYT that CommieTom has a lot of fellow travelers or they would have gone under years ago. Still handy for the birdcage liner, though.

Wrong again skippy. Never bought a NYT paper in my life. Besides...this has nothing to do with Obama or Romney.

But I agree. I would not have posted this ON 9/11.

Why not? 9/11 is the perfect time to bring this up and ask people to reflect on the nature of the emotions they're feeling/creating.

While Biden was in Pennsylvania he said this day was bittersweet. I'm on my phone so I can't provide a link bit I'm sure it would come up if you did a quick Google search.

That would make absolute sense if all Muslims were guilty of at least one murder. I find it really hard to blame everybody for the actions of a relative few.

Hell, how about trashing the US Embassy in Egypt because other Egyptians made a movie.

Honestly, how the hell do you reason with people that unreasonable?

True I should have said almost all Muslims. There are some who don't want to commit acts of terror and force Islam on the rest of the world but those are in the minority IMO. There are bad eggs that claim to represent every religion. Islam just has the most...by far.

Few?

You take a simple guess of a % of radicals and get a number that cannot be categorized as a "few"

They're emotional, illogical, and stuck in the 8th century.

Normal rules of international relations do not apply. The only thing they understand is force.
