Who all is coming to root on the Cajuns?

Just to let you know we will begin tailgating around 10 or so, if any of you want to come and hang out and partake of the FESTIVITIES please do. Troy fans, you know you are welcome anytime. RAIN PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

I think he means like cow tongue, gizzards, beef lung, and a whole mess of liver. I take it that is what they boil in Troy. And they wonder why their state restaurant is Waffle House.

Sounds like a Cajun debris stew. I do have to say that stuffed & roasted beef tongue is pretty tasty, and I've always been a smothered liver fan.

If you live in Lafayette ---go to Dwyers Cafe on Tuesday for Tongue----So Good!!!!
