I know at least:
8 IVY no schollies
7 Patriot no schollies
10 Pioneer no schollies

so that's at least 25 FCS schools with no schollies

I know Northeast Conference- that's 9 teams- award 36 schollies only.

Of the remaining 92- we've had 6 schools move up to FBS already. So at most only 86 schools left who are full scholarships. That's it now. If another 10-12 move up to FBS- we'd be down to only around 75 schools at the 63 schollies.
Patriot just started allowing schollies and they weren't a true non scholly before, they had grant aid. NEC schools have 40 schollies I think they were talking about moving up to 50.

Still the point is exactly the same- only currently 86 schools left at most with the full 63 schollies. If 10-12 more move up- we're down to around only 75 tops.

And the number is likely at around 60-70 quite frankly right now- if not even lower.

Is the patriot going to 63? That would add 7.
